Zahid, this is your "go-to" Guy. He is unbelievable and went above and beyond. From our first conversation he answered all my questions more than once. He is patient and not pushy in any way. This is rare.. He is helped me with more than dental. He provided information and solutions for any questions I had. He made me feel comfortable coming to Los Algadones.

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist,even more so to go to a dentist out of the country...
Thankfully I found these guys.The attention I found at South Dental, was better than anything I've searched for here in Phoenix.
When I first called,the Patient Coordinator (Zahid) was very helpfull and was able to make feel at ease to travel into Mexico. He was able to answer all my questions in a way where I could understand completely. I even had estimate before coming down, based on their online evaluation of pictures and x-rays I had sent them. I was advised that this estimate may change once I was examined by the Doctor,and thankfully nothing changed,the price remained the same.
They picked me up right at the border and drove me straight to their clinic which is only 2 blocks away from the border. The clinic is very neat and clean. The equipment they have there is equal to that of the states.
Dr. Gonzalo was very thorough and profesionnal, he took the time to patiently explain each step of my treatment. He has great skills,I did not feel any pain at all.
Finally I had my work done,and am definitely going back to continue with the rest of the work that I need.
I highly recommend South Dental to whoever is searching for a good and professional dental treatment. -

All around excellent experience from beginning to end! Professional and clean.I had a mouthful of issues: 3 root canals, 3 extractions, 3 crowns, 2 cavities. I also had them whitened. No pain/swelling.... Not a picnic either during the procedures but totally bearable. I'm going back for a couple implants. The ability to use my HSA meant no cost out of pocket.

My experience has been a good one so far smooth and organized. There has been frequent texting about how I am doing with the dental implant procedure. There will be more of a review as the second stage is completed.

We like the south dental a lot , the Doctor and staff very nicely, answer all questions and clearly, He do perfectly job , we been there 4 times, each time very happy, my husband has implant and the took very smooth after done , he eat normal like the real teeth, so recommend for any one need the teed done , and price is cheap too , we from Arizona.

Found this office and contacted them and was contacted next day with requested information. I made the appointment and was greeted both by the doctor himself as well as the coordinator. As far as the service, I had a root canal and crown done that went very well. The doctor performed the root canal with ease and I barely felt any pain, he answered all my questions, explained step by step what he was doing, and ordered and fit the crown and installed in the same day. The doctor is very nice and the office although looks average from the outside, was very clean and neat. I actually enjoyed this trip this time and have been going to a different dentist there previously, decided on a change. He is very nice and as I said, is neat and clean and I have no hesitation on going again. I don’t give reviews unless they are deserved and I don’t put reviews unless they are true. Feel confident that this doctor will perform whatever you need with professionalism and compassion. I also received a follow up the next day asking how I feel and if everything is fine. I would also like to compliment the gentleman who co-ordinated the appointment. GOOD JOB.
