My time working with Irega and Bryan has been the most miserable medical experience of my life, and I live with the US medical system. Bryan is astonishingly unprofessional and temperamental. When you mention these things to him, he becomes condescending, manipulative, and dishonest. There are too many alternatives to let him do to your family what he did to mine. Please choose anywhere else. Look at the 1 star google reviews and you see a common and frequent theme. Everything bad about this facility is Bryan.

poor service attention by secretaries and receptionists, telephone numbers do not serve properly, little flexible for appointments, customer service is as if they were doing you a favor reluctantly. The dra Mayra who treated us ... a wonderful person and looks very professional, but the rest of the people with little human quality, which is why we decided to look for another clinic

The doctors were good and we felt that the clinic was high quality. However, the communication with the staff left a lot to be desired. We consistently felt like we were asking questions they didn't have the answers to, as if we were their first patients. They did not provide us with timely information, and our treatment nearly didn't happen because of that.
