⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Misleading, expensive, and poor care

Asia Cosmetic Hospital started off helpful when it came to taking payment, but once I arrived, everything changed. I was briefly contacted by Dr. Chatchawarn Chinpaisarn (Dr. Thor), who isn’t even listed on their main website pages — raising red flags about who actually performs the surgeries. The main building and consultation rooms felt like a staged setup, while the actual coordination came from scattered sales reps like P’Jeab Ka, who completely disappeared after I refused to pay more.

Right before surgery, I was suddenly told I owed extra payments, which I declined. From that moment, the energy shifted and the experience became stressful and unprofessional. The surgery itself was rough — they struggled to put me under, and kept injecting anesthesia into my back as the gas mask kept failing. It didn’t feel safe or controlled at all.

Post-op, I was ignored, likely because I didn’t give in to their pressure for hidden costs. My surgeon never followed up, and P’Jeab Ka was gone. I was charged for everything, including a short hospital stay that cost over $500 per night, with more charges if you touch or use anything in the room. If you’re bringing $3,000, be prepared to bring another $3,000 — they’ll find reasons for extra payments no matter what they originally told you.

Only giving two stars — one for a kind nurse who treated me decently, and one for the polite attitude at the start. But the results are poor, the process felt like a hustle, and the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Beware of this clinic and ask very specific questions upfront.

I am very satisfied with the results. Everyday it feel better and better. The staff were pleasant not pushy and very kind. The surgery was fast, efficient and went smoothly with no concerns. The recovery was a lot more difficuilt than expected. There was a lot of swelling and pain that was unprepared for but after one month, it feel great . I will definitely come back again for further procedures.

I had bilateral liposuction thigh and breast augmentation. Asia Cosmetic Hospital took care of me very well pre and post surgery. They are very professional and responsive to my enquires, and always were there when I need help.
There is an English translator assisting with the communication, so you don't have to worry anything about it.
My surgery took 5 hours and I'm able to discharged the next day. Currently I'm in my day 4 of post surgery, I'm happy with the results so far, can't wait for the end result.

Over all, I was satisfied with the procedure. The staff were lovely, especially Donut, who was assigned to me. the surgeon answered my questions before the procedure + after, I guess!

Having said that the staff were all great , My neck I am happy with, My stomach - however I was told to wait so let's see after 3 months.
