Providers can request different types of content such as Doctor Pages, Treatment Packages, Articles, Video Pages, Testimonials, and more to promote their services on the platform.
Once the request is submitted, our content specialists review the details and help create professional, SEO-optimized content that highlights your treatments, doctors, and success stories to attract more patients.
How to Submit a New Content Request
Start by Logging into your PlacidWay Provider Portal using your credentials.
1. Access the Marketing Center
On your Provider Portal Dashboard, go to the Navigation Bar, click “Marketing Center”, then select “New Content Request.”
2. Select Medical Center
You will see the content request form. Start by selecting “Select Center” to choose the medical center or clinic for the content.
3. Choose Content Type
Next, choose the “Select Content” option to specify the type of content you want. Available options include Doctor Pages, Packages, Articles, Video Pages, Testimonials, and more.
4. Upload Supporting Materials
If you have supporting materials, click Upload to attach related documents. For example:

MP4 files for videos

PDF or MS Word documents for packages, doctor profiles, or articles

Any additional files that help explain the requested content
5. Complete Information & Submit
Fill in the information fields to provide a brief explanation or details about the content you want created. Once everything is completed, click the “Submit” button.
6. Track Your Requests
Your New Content Request will then be sent to the PlacidWay Content Team. After the team reviews and approves the request, they will begin creating the content for you. You can also scroll down on the page to view the list of “Submitted Requests” and track your previous submissions.
