CABG is open-heart surgery that restores blood flow when major coronary arteries are blocked. Healthy blood vessels from the chest, arm, or leg are used to bypass the blockages, helping improve heart function and reduce symptoms.
Length of Stay: 6–9 days, including ICU approximately 1–3 days.

- Multidisciplinary Heart Center discussion
- Virtual surgical consultation
- Standard isolated CABG surgery
- Cardiac anesthesia
- ICU stay, typically 1–3 days
- Standard medications during admission
- ECG and Holter monitoring
- Chest X-ray
- Echocardiography, including TEE when required
- Coronary angiography or existing imaging review
- Routine pre-operative laboratory investigations
- Routine post-operative monitoring, labs and imaging
- Early mobilization and inpatient physiotherapy
- One follow-up consultation
Excludes:
- Redo CABG
- Off-pump CABG when separately priced
- Premium/multi-arterial grafting upgrades
- Combined valve, aortic, carotid or arrhythmia surgery
- Major complication management
- Prolonged ICU/hospital stay
- Extended rehabilitation
- Long-term medications
- Additional non-standard diagnostics
- Management of major comorbidities
