The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. PlacidWay was great in almost every way — and I will use PlacidWay in the future — but I had trouble figuring out (1) how to complete the Customer Profile and (2) how to connect through the Messenger — I finally connected directly with the dental clinic and (3) details about the company (I do not want to support Chinese or Russian or Iranian owned companies) and (4) if PlacidWay would charge me any kind of fee. My appointment with Seoul Today is next Thursday — so I’ve not received any dental care from Seoul Today —but Seoul Today appears to be perfect in every way, except perhaps for the location. I’m staying in the center of Seoul — and I found out that I have to take the Metro / Train from Seoul University to a place that’s located about an hour away from the center of the Seoul.
