My name is Kim and I had the pleasure of finding this wonderful retreat. Janet and her team were absolutely wonderful and each session had its own unique touch and it was what I feel a transformative week for me. I stayed at the Maui retreat cottage and it was so clean, cute and tidy. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous!!! I was greeted every morning by a pot belly pig named Harley. We were great friends by the end of my stay. I was really hurting when I arrived from past trauma and a recent death of my husband. I felt lost. When I left I was refreshed and had a whole new outlook on life. I will never forget my week at the Maui retreat!!! It was so special and Janet has a way of knowing just what you need. This was my husbands 5th trip to ITC. He goes annually for check-ups and to get an "immune boost"! He is always treated like family and gets quality care. We are happy with all aspects of ITC but above all we are happy with the results of his treatments!

can’t express enough how grateful I am for the treatment and care I received during my recent stay at ibogane David Dardashi in Cancun, MX. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and understood. The staff went above and beyond—not just doing their jobs, but truly caring about each person’s recovery and well-being. The treatment program was incredibly structured yet flexible, personalized to meet my needs. The therapists were compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me uncover the roots of my addiction and build tools for a lasting recovery. Every session, one-on-one counseling, and activity felt purposeful and healing. What stood out the most, though, was the staff, Cole in specific. From the clinical team to the support staff, everyone created a space where I felt safe, heard, and empowered. They celebrated my small wins, helped me through the tough days, and reminded me every step of the way that sobriety is possible—and worth it. Today, I feel sober. I feel strong. The Nurses and support staff were very nice and always dedicating time to help me. Dr. Donato was nice and compassionate, always at my bedside every day of my treatments. During the therapy I did not had any adverse or side effect. From the start of the 2nd week I started to notice reduction in the swelling around the tumor recurrence and felt much better. After the 3rd week I noticed a drastic reduction of the tumor volume . I completed the 5 cycles of administration and the tumor reduced by 89%. I am now going to continue with oral medication and checkups every 3-4 months expecting to keep the tumor under control. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Donato for his dedication and all his personal work to help me recover.
