I am happy to say everything went smoothly regarding the treatment, I have dialed my insulin pump back, so that makes me happy. My driver was great, the clinic was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Treatments were quick and not painful (other then the first part of taking stem cells out of my stomach fat- that wasn't much fun). I decided to go to Columbia for a stem cell treatment for Parkinson’s disease because Dr. Carlos Rojas read my medical history and pointed out a few things that I was not aware were on there. Other places I had researched gave me a price and never asked for medical history. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rojas and his team. I am just a month or so out of getting the stem cells. I saw an immediate improvement the day I received it. It was a minor thing to most, but a big deal to me. Before I went to Columbia. I could not turn over in bed at night. My body would freeze and my wife would have to physically/manually turn me from one side to another. Since the day I received the stem cells I have been able to toss and turn on my own. Doesn’t seem like much I know, but when you haven’t been able to do it for a while, it’s a big deal. I have also lowered some of the medication I take. It’s early in the process so I am hopeful that as time goes on I can adjust my medicine down more! I am so glad I did this! I highly recommend Dr. Rojas. My walking has improved since the stem cell treatment. Slowly, as this process takes time. I am very hopeful for the future. I was 40 when I got diagnosed and I am now 48. This treatment was worth a try. I would recommend Dr. Rojas and his team. They are thorough. The facilities are clean and the nurses are great. I went to this place to get a quote on their stem cell treatments. I had gone to a couple of places back home and felt that in GDL Mexico they would probably be less expensive. I decided to go to Cells Time Clinique I was met with a cocky young doctor, Dr. Alexi. He didn’t really get into how the stem cells worked but was asked what type of illness I was coming in for and then went straight into pricing. The price was high compared to what I’ve seen in TJ and no I am not talking about CPI (those guys are really outrageous in their prices). After being asked a few questions he quoted me $8000! When I gasped he said, “Oh but we're having a special this month and its 50% off”. So that was a big red flag to me because no business is going to lose or just give away $4000 and take that big of a hit on their profit margin. I know there are more affordable places and clinics that actually care. After I told him I’d think about it, his vibe gave off as if I wasted his time and I felt beneath him. I say, for $8000, I’d go to the original location that started the stem research, which is France, and at least get a vacation out of it and STILL get money left over! Avoid this place. There’s definitely more affordable places. These businesses that are in it to ‘help people’ are just in it to make 10 times more than what the vials or treatments cost. Do your homework and don’t fall for the snake oil salesman

Dr. Adriana Gudino was amazing!! She truly cares about her patients and is very passionate about her work with stem cells and making sure we are maximizing the results with health and nutrition when returning home. Dr. Gudino is an incredible author and gave us a copy of her book, "Stem Cells--It's Not Science Fiction...It's Science in Action," which was full of very helpful information.
