[00:00] My friends also commented that I look way much more better.
[00:03] Could you please share how do you feel after your first session?
[00:06] Hi, I'm Ivy and I am a Singaporean. I'm a dialysis patient on kidney failure.
[00:12] So I would think that for the first 2-3 days I was just slightly tired.
[00:17] I think the fourth day I had mild body ache and I slept through the whole day.
[00:22] But from the 7th-8th day onwards I actually felt much better. I feel slightly more energetic as well.
[00:29] I think overall now it's been about 4 and a half months. My friend also commented that I look way much more better as well.
[00:36] and I think generally I do see physical improvements as well.
[00:40] How was your overall experience?
[00:42] I think overall it was very good. This is my second time here.
[00:46] The very first I actually came quite late; they actually opened a clinic a bit late for me as well.
[00:52] I think overall they've been very very nice, very patient.
[00:55] I'm actually quite scared of pain as well so they applied the numbing cream for me beforehand as well.
[01:01] I think the aftercare service is fantastic. I don't think I had any services like that before.
[01:07] So they were checked in daily and then followed by weekly. If I had any questions they will answer immediately as well.
