What has surprised me the most is the bad attitude of the support staff, starting with the person who assists you at reception, who, apart from being quite rude, has a lack of empathy and humanity that really stands out. Then the security staff are three quarters of the same, talking to you in bad ways instead of helping you. Finally, the person who attended us in triage was so unfriendly and rude that even my 11-year-old son was surprised... Curiously, the doctors that we have come across today have been of a different story, but it never ceases to amaze me how badly they support staff treat their customers... -

I am reading the reviews of this hospital and I am blown away. I urge the owners of this private hospital to improve as soon as possible to improve these very bad reviews for the good of the hospital and the people who work in it.

We are very happy with the team of midwives, the gynecologist and the pelvic floor rehabilitation team. A close treatment and accompaniment at all times. Once we had to go to the emergency room and they quickly attended to us.

Our first child was born a month ago at the Quiron de Pozuelo Hospital and we only have words of gratitude for the entire maternity team that took care of us during the 9 months of pregnancy. The professionalism and affection with which both the Mdmaternity midwifery team and Dr. Henriquez have treated us before, during and after delivery have been key for me to have a great memory of all these months.

The person in admission today at 11 pm is one of the best people I have ever come across at the hospital. It must be said. Generally speaking, the emergency part is going very well, I have been here a couple of times and the wait is normal. It is accessed by public transport, it has private parking. In the consultation part, if it is true that the wait is long, they are one of the most coveted doctors and well, they cannot see a thousand patients at the same time, normal.

Evaluating a Hospital in general is very complicated due to the diversity of services provided, but in general I think that it gives a very good service. Their only problem is the overcrowding in the post COVID era.
