Dr. Heba Mustafa Kamal Youssef, Pathologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Dr. Heba is a Consultant Histopathologist. She did her MBBCh from Tanta University in 1991. She did her Masters in Pathology and subsequently did her MD and PhD from Tanta University in 2002. She was appointed as an associate professor in 2007. In her previous appointments she has worked as a Consultant in prestigious hospitals in Egypt and UAE. Her last appointment was at a Government Referral Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Her areas of interest include Dermatopathology, Breast, Surgical and Liver Pathology, Immuno-histochemistry, PAP smears and Cervical Cytology. She has many international publications to her credit one of which was used by the Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver (APASL) guidelines. She also regularly updates her knowledge at key scientific conferences and has trained at the Theodor Biharz Research Institute, Egypt.
