I found the program of stem cell banking very useful as they not only preserve the stem cells of umbilical cord but the whole placenta which can be useful in treating so many diseases, the treatment of which are not possible otherwise. Also, it not only ensures the safety of my baby but also to the people (of previous and coming generations) who are related by blood to my baby (given the fact that they match which is of a high chance). The representatives were fully informed and answered each and every questions I or my husband had. I had consulted few Stem Cell Banking companies but the others were too costly. I found this and had steam cell banking done for my baby at a reasonable price. The executives who comes are very friendly not like there who behave very professional and don\'t make u feel comfortable to ask anything. Great experience with Reelab. For 1yr they provide u some essentials like diaper bag, feeding bottle, sipper as complimentary but all at a time

Both times after the sign up by Babita Shulka, Nurse Komal Makwana from Miraroad was assigned. She made sure that she told us the process and guided us thru the journey. She made regular calls to check for well being.

One of the worst services.. till u pay advance they follow up frequently. The kit which was suppose to reach in 1-2 days.. never reached us. Even on tye day of delivery we called the and followed up but no proper response and later no one came for stem cells collection. Mr Harsha from pune reelabs is the worst, as he came to know that they have messed up. He never picks up phone nor calls back. Due to this I lost opportunity to preserve my child\'s stem cells which was once in life time opportunity. Mr Harsha not even reverts on whatsapp even though he reads the msg. Now they do like this... what kind of service they would do when actual stem cells would be required by any chance by any patients. They are big time cheaters and are playing with people\'s emotion.

I have had a great service from reelabs right from the start of the enrollment through the collection date to till date. They have always been available for any queries and have good ears to listen all your doubts, polite enough to answer them to the point. There service was slightly expensive then their peers but I feel it\'s worth it. I don\'t see any reason to not recommend Reelabs to anyone needing stem cell banking services.

Mr. Franklin Dsouza was the main reason I went for Reelabs as he handled the agreement and cost factors as I would have required. Also the assistance from nurse Komal, Swati and Vaishali was great ????

Reebaby coconut balm is one product I swear by for my 5 year old daughters soft and sensitive skin. Right from the time you open the lid of the jar, you know you have the right product in your hand because of the fresh fragrance of coconut. A tiny amount of it is more than sufficient because it has great slip.

Hai, I have preserved my baby stemcell with reelabs. I got delivery at KG hospital, coimbatore. Reelabs paramedic staff waited for more than 5 hours and got the sample. Coimbatore staff are too polite and humble.

Over all experience from the time of presentation to the time of collection it was very seamless. Their representative at little heart hospital Mr vikas was very patient while giving out the presentation and answering all the concerned questions asked by me and my family , he made sure that all the doubts are cleared. We received the collection kit and all the necessary contact details well in advance. Kavita, who was in charge of the collection on the delivery day, reached out to us ahead of time and followed up as the due date approached. She even called the night before to confirm the plan and reassure us she’d be ready when we needed her.

On the day of delivery, Kavita arrived early and patiently waited throughout the labour to ensure everything was perfectly timed. After the collection, she showed us the samples in vacuum packs and explained the next steps clearly. We received timely updates about the arrival of our baby’s stem cells at the storage facility, including the storage ID numbers.

I wish to share my positive experience for Reelabs for our first childs stem cell storage.

We had a pleasant experience that started with Babita Shukla Mam who thoroughly explained us the steps and process involved. All our questions were answered extremely well and patiently. The plans were well explained and we got the best package for our child.

We were then assigned our sister, Arti Gavali who was extremely diligent and supportive in following up with us throughout our doctor visits. During the time of labour and delivery she was awake the entire night and came before time to ensure timely collection.

Very poor experience, they can\'t even care for patient. Me and my mom taken appointment with booking of ambulance from hospital, ambulance came late by 1hour 30 mint. Again they waited us for 1 hour for MRI AND 1.10 hour for EEG finally we had not done EEG because my mother is constantly feeling BP low. She is 68 years old andand receptionist is not ready to listen anything just saying it\'s process and take time. Nothing like emergency.

No social distance maintained and poor Hygiene with one of the most awarded for pathetic Service and response, I request all not to visit them as they are very unprofessional and don\'t even care for their delayed services. I had to miss my doctors appointment which i got after many tries due to their negligence of giving the CT Scan reports on time and even after their postponed committed time. Ct scan for my husband was done wrong and my sonography reports were misguiding..the worst part was the sonography prints were of bad quality due to which my drs were not able to examine. Forget the basic services provided by this centre, But the unprofessional, untidy untrained young (Chapri) sub staffs sitting outside on the benches or sleeping will push you and try to be physical. no help and rude behaviour. I used Pulse Diagnostic Centre for my parents and I\'m extremely satisfied with their services. Right from booking appointments to them dispatching the reports, everything was extremely organized. Their team is very professional and everything was done with a lot of diligence. The lady (Shirley) who had come to collect my parents\' blood samples was so warm and courteous - it made the entire process very pleasant and positive. She was also very gentle while taking the blood samples considering my parents are senior citizens and their skin is very thin and sensitive.

Blood PT INR was tested and the value(1.3)was out and out wrong. The patient is on warfarin. Prior to the said test, with 5mg dose every day INR was 1.9. Doctor advised 6mg every day to increase inr to 2.5 to 3.0. So, with increased dose inr fell to1.3 which was very much suspicious, because with increased dose of warfarin INR cannot fall. The point was well explained to the lady pathologist but she did not give any importance stating that she was the doctor not me. The same day INR was tested elsewhere and the value was found to be 2.4.

My daily exercise involves an 8km walk on a treadmill . At 68 years of age I often suffer from back, knee and long bone pain in my legs . On being introduced to “Strong Bones”by a friend I was initially a little skeptical to use this supplement as it is a known fact that cartilage, once synthesised does not have blood supply or lymphatic drainage, so movement of nutrition and waste is chiefly via the adjacent perichondrium-like fibrous membrane. Thus regeneration of cartilage is a slow process.
On consuming even a low dose of only half a packet daily for 1 month,greatly improved my mobility, especially when climbing steps. The chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid in this supplement definitely helped subside the pain . What I disliked was the taste, had this been in tablet form I would be on it more regularly! It definitely helped me!

I am a female age 59. I have had both knees replaced; the second one , just a few months ago. The second surgery was on right knee and was taking longer to heal than the first. There was soreness and stiffness in the right knee and right hip especially after a walk and after sitting for prolonged time .
