Following this, he pursued DNB (Surgical Gastroenterology) from one of the elite institution ’s of world, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He is a specialist in Gastro and Cancer surgeries for surgical illnesses of esophagus (food pipe), stomach, liver, pancreas, gall bladder, spleen, small intestine, colon and rectum. He has also specialized in liver surgeries including liver transplantation.
His main interests are in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeries of gastrointestinal tract, peritoneal surface malignancies and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy for advanced cancers of the abdomen.
