I had surgery last month with Dr. Gino Perretta and Dr. Brenda Delangel in Tijuana for my bicep tendon, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Both doctors were incredibly attentive and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They really went out of their way to accommodate me quickly since I needed the surgery ASAP. Ricardo from PlacidWay was also a huge help in connecting me with them, and he was very efficient and accessible whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!

Doctor was very clear

Do not go to this man Dr. Navarro. He performed half the required spine procedure and lied to me of what was performed, then he would not provide documentation of payment and itemized receipt so I could get reimbursed what I paid to him, by my insurance company.

Very slow to respond

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.
