⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Misleading, expensive, and poor care Asia Cosmetic Hospital started off helpful when it came to taking payment, but once I arrived, everything changed. I was briefly contacted by Dr. Chatchawarn Chinpaisarn (Dr. Thor), who isn’t even listed on their main website pages — raising red flags about who actually performs the surgeries. The main building and consultation rooms felt like a staged setup, while the actual coordination came from scattered sales reps like P’Jeab Ka, who completely disappeared after I refused to pay more. Right before surgery, I was suddenly told I owed extra payments, which I declined. From that moment, the energy shifted and the experience became stressful and unprofessional. The surgery itself was rough — they struggled to put me under, and kept injecting anesthesia into my back as the gas mask kept failing. It didn’t feel safe or controlled at all. Post-op, I was ignored, likely because I didn’t give in to their pressure for hidden costs. My surgeon never followed up, and P’Jeab Ka was gone. I was charged for everything, including a short hospital stay that cost over $500 per night, with more charges if you touch or use anything in the room. If you’re bringing $3,000, be prepared to bring another $3,000 — they’ll find reasons for extra payments no matter what they originally told you. Only giving two stars — one for a kind nurse who treated me decently, and one for the polite attitude at the start. But the results are poor, the process felt like a hustle, and the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Beware of this clinic and ask very specific questions upfront.

I went to Bona Dea for prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. I could have got it done in UK for free but they take too long, Bona Dea did it very quickly after I was tested and discussed with consultant Emin Mammadov, who carried out the prostatectomy surgery. The price was very reasonable. Most importantly, the treatment was successful, and I was doing my job, which is quite physical sometimes, 3 months later, with no diapers!! Emin's advise to remove the prostate, rather than get therapy, was the best idea...I have friends who still have after effects of therapy after 4 years. My PSA was

The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

Manish Khaitan Sir is very good and helpful doctor in KD hospital. All surgeons, doctors and his other team members are very helpful and follow-up from his team whether it is doctor, dietician or non-medical people is amazing and they are valuing the patients after sugery also. So, I would like to thank Dr. Manish Khaitan Sir and his entire team including OT staffs. The follow up from his team from diet to explaining medicine is amazing with detailed explanation. So, thank you once again for giving me this nobesity life in coming years.
