Dr. Araya was very accommodating to my crazy travel schedule, he was very patient and understanding with my unorganized and crazy financing, he was thoughtful and explained the procedures and he made sure I was comfortable before and after the procedure. I chose this clinic because it had good communication and response times. The price was an excellent value. The outcome of the procedure better than expected. I was scared and nervous about being in Costa Rica to have this procedure but the clinic and nursing staff was kind and organized, everything went smooth and without problems. The recovery nurse was at my bedside every morning, anticipating my needs, encouraging, and compassionate. The driver was patient and sympathetic. The accommodations are comfortable. It was nerve-wracking as I travelled alone, but it was worth it.
