Whiteline is a terrific family owned and operated clinic. My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish…we got a cleaning and several other procedures done as well. Just wish I was going to be in Merida longer these guys would be my full time dentists!

Top notch first class service by Guillermo and his staff! I do not care for my current dentist and was in Merida on vacation and was referred to Whiteline. So glad I made the decision to get my teeth cleaned, polished and an examination done. Guillermo took time to explain everything to me and provided me with his recommendations for future care. It was a great experience and will come back!

My wife and I went in for teeth cleaning. The facility was very clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and everyone spoke English. We cannot stress enough what a great job was done and how genuinely caring they were. It was a pleasure going there and honestly was one of the best dental experiences that we have had. We will be going back for other services.

I had a very good experience at the Whiteline Clinic in Merida. I live in the United States and so I had to make sure prior to the visit that the clinic understands my medical needs so as to be able to perform all the necessary procedures during my 10 days visit in Mexico. The clinic has very good communication with patients prior to the visit, which made me comfortable with the fact that I will be able to have all procedures done.

The experience at the clinic was also good. The personnel were very professional and polite and I also liked the fact that unlike the doctors in the United States who try to push as much work as possible to maximize their charges, the dentists in Mexico are honest with patients and perform only the procedures that are necessary. I noticed this at the Whitleline clinic in Merida, but also at another dentist I had visited a few years earlier in Mexico City.
Finally, while I only needed some relatively simple work done eventually, I am perfectly satisfied with the quality of the work so far. -

I highly recommend Whiteline! As a digital nomad, I’ve had dental cleanings in many different cities and countries and this was my favourite world wide. The staff and dentist were incredibly friendly and took time to chat with me, making me feel very relaxed and welcome. Dr. Guillermo did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. He explained each step clearly and took time to answer any questions I had. I even received a follow up text the next day to see how I was doing. What an amazing team!

This Dental office was a great and positive experience. Very friendly and great communication between dentist and patient. Explained everything clearly and spoke good English which was important to me. Cleaned my teeth without hurting me and answered every question. Highly recommended.
