We got our fertility treatment done by Dr. Charu under the guidance of Dr. Sonia Malik. It was an excellent journey where the doctors patiently explained every step and answered all of our queries. At times we did have to wait to get our reports but I believe thats part of the process. I found the entire staff at Southend Fertility humble, courteous and very helpful.
