After 4 days the upper right implant crown has come off again due to the poor workmanship and incompetence of Dr. Emmanuel Leon (the owner). Normally before any procedure is performed at the Dental Brush dental office they collect payment from you in advance before any work is done. So Dr. Emmanuel Leon was well-aware that the crown repair I was having done on 11-20-23 was covered under a 18 month warranty. But chose to blackmail me after the procedure was done "out of spite" and charge me a 40 U.S. dollar consultation fee (?) and 10 dollar implant crown screw replacement charge totalling $50. When I refused he told me to leave the dental office. His front office clerk had already validated my parking pass before he could stop it. When I asked to use his bathroom before getting into that long border crossing queue, back to California he refused. When I asked him for a medical business pass to cross the border more expeditiously, he refused. I advised him that I would write a scathing review about my experience with his treatment he responded "I will just pay to have the negative review removed, didn't you know you can do that? And he laughed. Dr. Leon would not do this to any of his Mexican patients. He is a RACIST!! Americans especially African American patients, please beware before spending your hard earned money with Dental Brush in Tijuana Mexico, what a sham!!!

It has been 3 days since my previous visit to the Dental Brush located in Tijuana, Mexico on 11-20-23 to repair a broken crown. The broken crown screw replacement provided by Dr. Emmanuel on the 20th, the owner of the Dental Brush office has broken again, and the upper right crown is ready to come off again. And due to all of the implant infections from the implants received from Dental Brush due to poor implant placements according to my U.S. dentist, I am starting all over again! I thought I could save money by using a Mexican dentist in lieu of an American dentist. Turns out, due to the poor quality of dental materials and expertise at Dental Brush, my experience has costs me much more in the end. Also, factoring in the inconvenience of coming across the border. Avoid Dental Brush at all costs!!!
My initial experience with Dental Brush was that the staff was very professional and courteous until I met the owner of the dental office. I went on November 20, 2023 (my birthday) from Los Angeles to Tijuana after driving across the border to repair a second crown that had broken. I confirmed over the phone before the appointment that the upper right crown was still under warranty and that there would be no cost to repair with the staff. I Arrived and met Emmanuel, the owner for the first time. He repaired the crown and as I was preparing to leave he said that he was going to charge me a consultation fee of $40 U.S. and $10 U.S. for the crown replacement screw for a total of $50. I explained to him that I was told by his staff before the appointment that the dental work was still under warranty. He replied that "he did not care what his staff said or what the contract stipulated. That he was charging me $50. After I refused to pay, he gave me a hard time before validating my parking ticket, refused to let me and my wife use his bathroom before hitting the road, and refused to provide us with a medical / business expedite pass through the Mexican - American border. Without the pass, it took us 3 hours to get through the border. I must mention that I paid approximately $10, 000 for dental work with Dental Brush over a 2 year period. Most of the implants received have been removed due to implant infections due to poor implant placement according to my U. S. dentist. The owner is unethical, unprofessional and a real creep!!! I am done with Dental Brush!!!! -

Dr. Nayelli..did an expert job. The office was very clean and had the newest equipment.. they used CEREC technology and were experts at it. I was treated very well and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 ..is that at a couple of points ..I thought they were trying to upsell me for more services like every dental office I have ever been to .

Although I traveled from Boston, MA.. I saved roughly $3,000. Highly recommend for crowns etc. I do not know about route canals because I think you need to be close to a dentist in case of issues after the procedure. -

So trips to dentists can not only be expensive, but they can be equally painful and unsatisfactory if not done right. With that being said I was in for a complete surprise when I chose Dental Brush Dr. Arely Garcia and Assistance Jenny Valenzuela across the border to get my teeth cleaned. Before and after pictures have always been deceiving to me till I saw it myself after what they did to my teeth and how they cleaned it. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs. Kindly note the above pictures are only for reference purposes and not to make any judgements regarding my brushing habits. One happy Cali customer.

Every experience I have had at Dr.Rana office has been excellent. From the warm greetings, the knowledgeable and personable staff to Dr. Rana wonderfully gifted hands. I am afraid of needles and dr.puts me at ease. I would highly recommend this establishment.

100% Pain free. For the first time in a lifetime, I walked away from the dental office without receiving any pain. They did not scratch my gums, tongue, lips, anything... Dr. Cota is efficient and professional. Her agility is just on another level She is a true artist at work. The final results are great. Honestly, I was very surprised by their work. If you wonder if a dental visit can be painless try this team.

Dental Brush is an amazing place to get dental work done. Personally, I hhave had he best experience there. The dental work I received was quality work and the entire staff was extremely professional, courteous and respectful to my concerns and general questions. Specifically, Dr. Mayra Tevera was extremely meticulous in her crown craftsmanship. Her attention to detail to address my concerns was not only impressive but comforting. Dr Mayra is ethical and truly an amazing wellrounded professional dentist with a unique skillset. I highly recommend her.

Driving 7 hours and dollars was worth it! This review is for my friend that I went with for her to get crown work, root canal and partials. Let me start off with how safe, clean and beautifully its set up. They greet you always from sign in to the employees passing by in there very comfortable waiting room. Wifi is available free drinks and snacks. We were very impressed with the hospitality we stayed there for a few hours due to the extend of work and Xray etc. They brought me the friend that was there to translate and moral support food that they offered to order. Now once they started with the patient my friend they ask her how she felt if she was comfortable, nervous etc. Dra. Alejandra Gutierrez and her assistant Hazel were very amazing. Very profession, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understanding, they gave us their opinions and suggestions. What we loved about the Dra. was she never once judged the patients final decision. It really felt like family and want them happy.! They offer anesthesia and made sure the patient was not feeling any pain throughout the whole day she was there. Dra. Alejandra made sure the patient knew every step that was being taken during the procedure. The whole team had a very well atmosphere and we can tell they were working together in sync! When the specialist Dr. Aaron and his assistant Leticia came to work on the root Canal they both introduced themselves and spoke very well English it was a fast, yet Cautious procedure. Breaks were taken as we all waited for crowns but it was not a long wait just enough time for the patient. Impressions were made and sent to the lab for partials they gave us a time and we returned the next day for placement and adjustments. The final placement was done carefully and thoughtful Dra Alejandra Gutierrez made sure it was a perfect fit and there was no pain had the patient bite on something to see if there was anything to adjust. She made sure the patient left happy, satisfied and painless! That was the best plus for us! She really cared for the outcome! It is beautiful we are so proud of her work and the teams. The patient was beyond happy as a matter a fact she shed some tears as hugs were given and pictures were taken! We definitely recommend this facility to everyone and anyone willing to cross over for the best treatment ever, Hands down the best treatment we ever experienced! Thank you again Dental Brush team!
