I am taking them to court I am flying back to turkey soon to take them to court they have missed up my treatment no after care waste of time and keep wasting time, as I paid them the money in turkey I had a weird feeling they stopped helping before that very kind and calling and directing here and their, but I wanted treatment didn’t cared much about their behaviour but then when I came back home uk, my nose cut was very obvious initially said to me will be no cut but they surprised me with cut, cow boys I m gonna spend my whole life asset to take them down through the court, reporting them to turkey health ministry and everywhere I can they playing with people lives and ignore afterward….

I scheduled my surgery in January 2022 for May 4, 2022 after doing countless hours of research. I was able to schedule my surgery with Dr. Vugar. I was excited to make a change and Dr. Vugar seemed to be the right doctor for me. I had ongoing communication with my coordinator Zeynep. A week prior to arriving to Izmir, Zeynep seemed short with her communication. On May 3rd, I arrived at the hospital and I was informed that Dr. Vugar would not be performing my surgery. I waited for 5 hours at the hospital and I was provided with countless reasons, as to why Dr. Vugar wouldn’t be performing the surgery. Initially, Zeynep informed me that Dr. Vugar was being sued by the law and he was unavailable to do the surgery. Then a member of the hospital named Victor stated that Dr. Vugar was sick and he was also unable to do the surgery. Then another coordinator named Bulent informed me that Dr. Vugar was no longer doing surgeries at the hospital; therefore, he was unavailable and that I would be provided with a new doctor. Bulent also stated that Dr. Vugar has an issue with aftercare with his patients. I informed Bulent that I did not do my research on him and I would like to do so. While waiting, I asked multiple staff members if they knew what this new doctor looked like so I can complete my research but no one was able to confirm his identity to me. After waiting for 5 hours and not hearing from the new doctor, I decided to leave. As I was leaving the hospital staffed tried to physically stop me from leaving. I informed them that I did not sign any documents or do anything; therefore, I was leaving. I left the hospital and received multiple messages from Zeynep and calls from Bulent containing more lies. I demanded my refund from Zeynep and she refused to do so. It appears that Zeynep is also the manager who was unprofessional in her lack of communication on handling this situation.
Afterwards, I discovered that Hermes clinic used to be called Get Slim before they changed their name due to multiple deaths to patients. STAY AWAY FROM HERMES!! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

They are very Proffesional and at the same time they take care of all your necessary needs like family and friends would do. They are very thorough with all the information they provide pre op and post op. The hospital standard I would rate 10 out of 10 and staff. They do many other treatments and you can book them the time you are in for your treatment.
