He has led and participated as a key expert in numerous research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the 13rd Five-Year National Key R&D Program, and the Ministry of Health. The total funding for these projects exceeds 5 million RMB. He has published over 20 papers as first author and holds more than 10 related patents.
