Zygomatic Implants Full Arch Package in Blumenau, Brazil
A fixed full arch of teeth on zygomatic implants, for patients with severe bone loss in the upper jaw who were told they need a bone graft, or that implants are no longer possible. Zygomatic implants anchor in the cheekbone, which does not resorb like the jawbone, and can support a full arch of fixed teeth in a single surgery, usually without grafting.
Price
- From USD 12,000 per arch (range USD 12,000 to 22,000 per arch, valid from October 2026). This is a starting reference, not a quote.
- What changes the final price: the number of zygomatic and conventional implants, one or both arches, the prosthesis material (acrylic, porcelain or zirconia), extractions or the removal of failed implants, and where the surgery is done (intravenous sedation at the clinic, or general anesthesia at the hospital).
- Your written quote, sent after the reading of your CBCT scan and the video consultation, lists each item: surgery, implants, anesthesia, provisional and definitive teeth, and reviews.
- Not included: flights, accommodation and meals.
How the treatment works
- From home: you send a recent CBCT scan through PlacidWay. Dr. Fernando Giovanella reads it himself and replies in writing, then talks with you in a video consultation (with a professional fee) before you book any flight.
- Planning: your surgery is simulated in 3D on your scan, rehearsed on a 3D-printed replica of your bone, and transferred to the operating room with the SkinGuide®, a custom guide in biocompatible resin.
- First trip, about 7 days: surgery in the clinic's surgical suite under intravenous sedation by a physician anesthesiologist (or at Hospital Unimed Blumenau – Unidade Centro for selected cases, with same-day discharge), and fixed teeth in the same stay: provisional teeth the same day, or the final ones 3 to 5 days after surgery, depending on your case.
- Return trip, at least 3 days, three to four months later: a planned review.
What you take home
An implant passport in English with every part placed, by maker, line, size and lot number. Implants: Neodent (Straumann Group) in most cases; S.I.N. in some zygomatic cases, chosen on your scan.
