I have been here 5 times for Cosmetic surgery with Dr.Cabral , the care is exceptional, the Pre Op testing for blood clots is something they never did on the States, and Post op Care, the nurses come in and check o you an deliver your pain meds on time. It i every clean and sanitary there. I would recommend it highly.

I have came here with my husband and they have been nothing but helpful to me. I have gotten surgery from Cabral and I can't complain. Annie the front desk lady on the 5th floor is amazing. I had an overnight nurse .. But overall the experience is great!! P.s.they also have a nice mini cafe in the lobby and their cappachino is the bomb...best in DR.

I went for my surgery in Sept 2016 with Cabral. My hemo was not where he wanted it to be. He put me on iron shots, healthy juices, IV vitamins for 4 days and had me pay for blood transfusion before he did my surgery. And he still refused to do my breast lift, just because he cared for the well being of his patients.
Surgeons in the US have deaths too. It's inevitable!!! This man has been practicing for over 30 years. It is expected to have deaths in his history. He is not God. I had to go back for my breast lift in nov 2018.
With my experiences, some girls do not follow instructions. They drink alcohol before and after surgery. They lie on their physical health status. They do not eat healthy. They have surgeries within 6 months or less. They fly out DR to the US without the Doctor approval which is the minimum of 10 days after surgery. That means that they go home full of fluids. The drainage process in DR is way more effective than the lymphatic massage BS in the US. So it is more likely more them to die of infections. In addition once they reach the US, no surgeons here will provide care as they do not want to get sued. 80% of the girls comes back broke with unexpected expenses in DR and do not follow the recovery process like antibiotics pills, antibiotics ointment, healthy diet, great hygiene (fluid drainage, change padding a timely manner, wash girdle on a daily basis ect...)
I get bad service in emergency rooms here in the US. I cant expect the best service from the staff in DR. So as offered to everyone, I paid an overnight nurse 100$ (12 hrs after surgery) to translate and help me with my needs. Women need to do homeworks and follow instructions and understand that your body needs care and patience to recover which at least 6 months. Don't get fooled by the nice bodies on Instagram and think it was an easy and quick process. That's how they die because they want results fast and do not want to put up with the sacrifices. Again no one is perfect, mistakes can happen. I am EXTREMELY happy with my new body. Thanks to Dr Cabral and Dr Disla! Even after I got to the state, they responded to any questions I had via WhatsApp for free.
By the way, Dr Cabral is a surgeon by heart. He owns business that brings him more revenue than doing surgery. He is not hungry!
