Thank you so much to Dental Care Croatia for their friendly and professional service when it came to my emergency root canal treatment. I was nervous about the procedure as you hear it’s rather painful. I honestly didn’t feel a thing and the dentist was constantly asking how I’m doing and they explained the whole procedure and how it worked to me. Would highly recommend dental care Croatia for both aesthetic and necessary dental work.

I have recently returned home to the UK after my second phase of treatment at Dentech. I had decided to go for the all-on-4 procedure as my teeth were failing. I had no personal recommendations for clinics in the UK but I did know someone who had used Dentech for this procedure. I am very glad I followed this personal recommendation. All the medical and front of house staff were very friendly, efficient and skilled. The whole process of going abroad was quite daunting but made so much easier through the support of the Dentech team who arrange transport from Split airport and wonderful accommodation as a part of the package. The cost compares very well with the UK and I was able to enjoy Split and the Islands as well as getting treatment. To cap it all off, we discovered that the only bank ATM that gave free withdrawals is the Kent Bank right next door to the clinic! I wholeheartedly recommend Dentech for this procedure and I will be returning for my lower jaw when necessary. Thank you the Dentech team!

I went to B-Dent in Zagreb, Croatia in September 2023 for 22 crowns on my upper and lower teeth. I found the clinic through google reviews and was confident that I had found the right place to have this dental work completed. Following the completed dental work I began to have issues with discomfort and I had developed a ‘Lisp” which was quite embarrassing as I never had this prior to the dental work. I had hoped these symptoms would dissipate and gave it 3 months to settle before I realised that these issues were not going away. The crowns I was given were all in one piece and much thicker than my original teeth , hence the ‘lisp’ and the discomfort . I was unable to eat foods I could eat before and was so uncomfortable that I wore my mouth guard for 24 hours a day ( apart from when eating) as this gave me some relief from the discomfort. Even drinking tea was an issue with pain and discomfort. I reached out to the clinic to explain the problems I was having and I arranged to fly back to Croatia to allow them to address the problems. The dentist , Andrea pared down some of the extra thickness on the inside of the upper teeth which initially gave some relief. However after 3 days or so I had the gripping pain in my mouth again and needed to wear the mouth guard to manage the discomfort. I contacted the clinic to be told they could not do any more for me, even given my complaint of discomfort and again. On the advice of several people who had similar work carried I saw a dentist in Dublin who immediately recognised what the problem was, and told me that it was very poor quality work.I was told by the dentist I should’nt have been given crowns all in one piece and the one piece that had been fitted was far too thick pressing on the roof of my mouth. I was advised that I needed to have the one piece crowns removed and be replaced with individual crowns as the teeth are held in the mouth by ligaments and my teeth were being restricted by the one piece causing the pain and discomfort since being fitted. I had the top set of crowns replaced in February 2024 and found instant relief, I have no longer got a ‘lisp’ and I have no more discomfort from these top teeth. I will need to return to have the bottom teeth re - done as I did not have time on my first visit. I contacted B-Dental to advise them that I have to have all the teeth replaced as they should not have given me the crowns in one piece. When I returned from having the dental work re-done I asked B-Dent for a refund as I was very unhappy to have had to experienced pain and discomfort and expense only to need the the work re-done. I was told by the B-Dent clinic (Tony) that he believed that I had always intended to ask for a refund and they were confident the dental work was completed to a good standard ,despite my pain , discomfort and expense of time and money. This was a huge insult to me as I was happy to pay for a job well done , which in hindsight it clearly wasn’t. It was not a concern for Andrea or Tony that I had been in pain and discomfort since the crowns were fitted and that they had to re- fitted for the problem to be resolved. I paid €6330 for dental work in B-Dent plus the cost of getting there and gave the clinic the opportunity to remedy the issues I was having on my return, in January 2024. I am very disappointed and have given the clinic every opportunity to rectify the situation. The clinic are still using my photo and review which I regret as it was premature given all the issues since. I would absolutely advise against going anywhere near this clinic as the work is not up to the expected advertised standard . Des, Ireland 2024.

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

Severe Ongoing Pain & €7,000 in Reparative Work Needed (2 Months Post-Treatment) It has now been two months since my second visit to Westdent Izmir, and I am living in a constant nightmare. I am still experiencing severe pain and extreme sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures as a direct result of the dental work I received at this clinic. Unable to endure the suffering any longer, I consulted a local specialist here in Morocco. I was absolutely devastated by the diagnosis. Because of the poor work done in Izmir, I now require immediate root canals for all of the teeth that are causing me pain. To perform these necessary medical procedures, the crowns that Westdent just placed have to be completely removed. The estimated cost to repair the damage they caused to my mouth? An additional €7,000. I have attached my official medical report and the €7,000 treatment estimate from my Moroccan doctor to this review as undeniable proof. This clinic did not just take our money; they severely compromised my health, left me in agonizing pain, and cost my family thousands in necessary medical repairs. Please look at the attached documents and think twice before trusting this clinic with your health.
