DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. Feels like a complete scam. Terrible communication, really made so many mistakes and never rectified anything, complete disparity between number f follicles and eggs collected. After speaking with many other clinics the evidence suggests the terrible result through fault of the clinic. Would have been great to have had this discussion with a doctor after the egg collection but have been refused multiple times so haven't had any feedback or debrief despite begging to speak with someone for months. Absolute shambles, essentially robbed me of 8k. Please do not use this clinic, there are much much better alternatives. Everything from start to finish was appalling service, little to no communication and mistakes. If I could rate less than 0 I absolutely would.

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

Gangnam Cha Medical Center's main office is an old building, so parking space is limited and narrow. We operate a separate parking center. I did it. I visited four Cha Hospitals between 2021 and 2022. The facilities are comfortable in the following order: Ilsan CHA > Gangnam CHA Women's Hospital > Main Hospital. I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.
