Let me start off by saying that the staff here is WONDERFUL! They are truly caring and will be with you throughout your whole journey!! With that said, I beat myself for not doing my research. They are more of facial and breast cosmetics and not body. I initially had my first surgery on April 2025. This included Tummy Tuck (no lipo!! Wish they told me), arm lift and breast lift and augmentation. This was done with Dr. In. I literally cried the day after surgery because I could already tell that sooooooooo muchhhh skin was still left on my arm lift. They told me to wait and heal because it was swollen but it was obviously loose skin. I waited and messaged them in May voicing how unhappy I was with the arm lift. So much skin is left. My tummy tuck has a bulge. I got that checked with my doctor and they told me that it was due to how the muscle repair was done. My breast bottomed out. On Oct 2025, they agreed to re-do my breast with smaller implants. Again, they are so sweet about it. Of course for a fee. The revision was done by Dr. Im. Again, amazing amazing doctor. So sweet and kind. But when we are paying over 30K, we expect results. During this surgery, I decided to add thigh lift. Needless to say, I had complications with the thigh lift. I went back in Nov and they did their best in revising it. It looks so much better. No ideal scars because of the revision but I was so happy Dr. Im agreed to re-do thighs. During this time I did ask about my arm lift again and Dr. Im agreed that a lof of skin was left. He could not conduct the arm lift and thigh lift revision at that same time. Now I'm working with another doctor for arm revision because it's like nothing was taken out. I still have the "bat wings." I'm so grateful that I life in Japan because there is no way I could have gone back and forth for the revisions if I did not live close so please take that under consideration. The staff were so kind throughout this journey put the outcome did not meet expectations FOR ME! I saw a lof of people get facial work done and they looked amazing! Just do your research and make sure the clinic you go with is an expect at that you are looking for. It's way too much money for it not to be the results you want/ expected.

I cannot recommend Dr. Jeon and his clinic highly enough. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be—gentle, kind, humble, respectful, sweet, and exceptionally skilled. He takes immense pride in his work and is incredibly hands-on, even throughout the recovery process. He only discharges patients when he’s confident they’re fully okay despite extended hours, which really shows his dedication. I was traveling solo and felt extremely safe and well cared for. The entire team, including the coordinator and nurses (shoutout to Savina and Min and the rest of the ladies! - I can’t remember everyone’s name), spoke excellent English and were warm, friendly, and professional—better than many doctors and nurses I’ve encountered in my home country. Their WhatsApp support was also super responsive and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Jeon is also honest and ethical—I initially asked to do more procedures, but he advised against it because he felt they weren’t necessary. That level of integrity, turning down extra business, really impressed me. He’s non-judgmental and open-minded, making it very comfortable to share concerns or questions. During my post three months follow-up, they did complimentary scar laser treatment and welcomed me back anytime I’m in Seoul for more aftercare. My scar is healing beautifully, and I truly believe it’s due to his excellent technique and precision. The price-to-quality ratio exceeded my expectations, and I got outstanding value for the level of care I received. They also offer skin booster treatments, which I highly recommend doing while under anesthesia—easy and painless. To be clear: I’m not affiliated with the clinic in any way and wasn’t incentivized to write this. I’m speaking purely from personal experience. Dr. Jeon is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered, and I’d 100% recommend him and this clinic to my family and friends. Truly a rare gem.

I was introduced to HERSHE through Gangnam Medical Concierge for several concerns on my face eg, anti aging, smile lines removal, double chin removal, and overall skin rejuvenation. The experience was very private and customized, unlike other clinics i’ve seen online, where you share preparation rooms and MU removal with others. I was brought into a room for private consultation (english consultant and Korean with translation with doctor). I explained all my concerns and they’ve listed down every single recommendation with individual prices, so that you can decide what best suits yourself (and your budget). Due to the multiple procedures, i was recommended to be sedated so that i feel less pain. I was prepped for sedation in individual rooms for clothes change,MU removal - you also have a private recovery room which I woke up in after the procedure. What’s most thoughtful was that the buzzer was placed in your hand, and immediately when you wake up (albeit a little lost), you know you can get assistance quickly. They’ve throroughly explained through what to expect during recovery etc, medication was provided. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

I had a full facelift with Dr. Lee Jeong Min and rhinoplasty with Dr. Choi Eun Kyu at Urban Plastic Surgery, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Dr. Lee lifted and tightened my face in such a natural way — I still look like myself, just refreshed and younger. Dr. Choi did an amazing job on my nose. It looks so balanced and fits my face perfectly now. Both doctors were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I got a filler under my eyes, but it worked. I will visit again next time.
