antastic company great value
I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment.
I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed.
She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed.
On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is.
It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find.
Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate.
They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick.
They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them.
I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutement, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly.
I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough, if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art.
I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

Clinic Prime - Very Impressive
After a really bad implant experience in Antalya, I discovered Clinic Prime. The treatment they are giving me is over 2 visits. The first visit was to fix and replace, 4 broken and badly fitted implants as well as 5 extractions. There was a lot wrong, but thankfully it has now been rectified. The dentist, surgeon and clinical staff were fabulous. The whole set up is first class and clearly state of the art. Even the lady at reception who supplies drinks and refreshments was wonderful. Finally, I cannot thank my translator and co-ordinator enough. Ela, was totally professional, friendly and a credit to the clinic.
Cannot wait for my second and final visit in approx 8 weeks. I am looking forward to choosing my new smile and finally having it fitted by experts, which Clinic Prime clearly are.
I shall update when my procedure is finished in 2 months.

All-on-4 full implants + ...
I am from the USA and was searching for a more affordable option for full dental implants for my mother. After conducting thorough research, I decided to travel to Turkey, specifically to Clinic Prime. I brought my entire family along, totaling seven of us, including three children.
From the outset, Ela was our primary contact. She was kind, sweet, and incredibly professional. Ela answered all of our questions and quickly earned our trust. She guided us through every step of the treatment process, assisting with translation and providing clear explanations.
My mother recently completed the first part of her dental implant treatment, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We plan to return in two months for the second part. Given how impressed we were, I also decided to have treatments for the rest of my family, including myself.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted and underwent a deep cleaning. My wife had issues with two fillings she received in the US that were still causing her pain. The dentist at Clinic Prime identified the problem, removed the old fillings, and replaced them with new ones. My wife is now completely satisfied and feeling great.
My 8-year-old son had significant cavities in two of his permanent teeth. Dentists in the US suggested extracting them, claiming it was too late to save them. However, the doctors at Clinic Prime successfully performed root canals and fillings, and my son is now much better. They also provided fillings for my other two children.
From the moment we entered the clinic, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, which helped alleviate any anxiety we had about the procedures.
So far, we are 100% satisfied with our experience. We hope that when we return in two months to complete the second part of my mother's implant procedure, everything will continue to be perfect.

Dental implants/crowns
A positive experience with Clinic Prime. From the time I arrived, until my departure five days later, I was made to feel most welcome. Most importantly, I was advised and guided on every aspect of my treatment to achieve the best possible outcome.
Also Ahmed, was readily available to handle queries 24/7 on treatments, flights and accommodation, as well as being present for all my treatments, which was fully appreciated and made the whole process run smoothly, nothing was too much trouble.
I am returning in two months to complete my treatment and will definately be recommending Clinic Prime to friends and family.

I highly recommend this clinic !!
Staff are very welcoming and kind. Its clean and neat. Everyone took their time explaining things in detail. The doctor is very knowledgeable, attentive and ensured I was happy with my results. Ella was my consultant and she did an excellent job communicating and engaging with me every step of the way. She is very skilled and explains every procedure before,and gives the right advice. I am very happy with my overall results.
