From my initial visit to Seneca my experience was amazing. The clinic is impeccable with emphasis in detail. The facilities are great, tasteful and very clean! The staff kind and always happy to answer any concerns you might have. The doctor very skilled and friendly explained every step of the procedure and made me feel safe. The procedure was almost painless, we were talking, listened to music, and watched Netflix. After the procedure i was given meds and post op instructions in a booklet. I was really stunned by the whole process and the professionalism and i strongly recommend if someone is considering performing Hair Transplant to visit Seneca.

It was a very positive experience dealing with this company when it looked like my wife and I had to seek medical treatment abroad. Fortunately, my wife got fast-tracked and there was no need to travel abroad . I highly recommend contacting this company should you need to seek medical help outside your own country. I went to Bona Dea for prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. I could have got it done in UK for free but they take too long, Bona Dea did it very quickly after I was tested and discussed with consultant Emin Mammadov, who carried out the prostatectomy surgery. The price was very reasonable. Most importantly, the treatment was successful, and I was doing my job, which is quite physical sometimes, 3 months later, with no diapers!! I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I had my hairline and eyebrows translated on January 2025. They had me for 7 hours on the table because they were constantly taking breaks. I almost fainted and noone cared to check my vitals. The doctor didn't perform the transplant, but 4 different very young individuals (I was so many hours there that the shift changed and they just assigned me new "doctors"). My eyebrows were transplanted by two different people each. The hair in the hairline is curly (I don't have curly hair) and I have to straighten them with keratin. The donor area was shaved too much and I could only wear my hair down. They asked me to take photos and record me right afte, so they can show new costumers. It was too early for results so I gave a very positive review choosing to ignore the delay and use of different doctors. In other words, don't believe the real life patient's experience they send you... When I contacted them regarding the results they just told me to have them fixed in a saloon... If I wanted to continue fix them in saloons I wouldn't have the operation. The difference is now I can't (I tried) because they stick out vertically instead of following the normal hair direction and there are huge gabs or the translated hair don't follow the natural eyebrow... They contacted me again a couple of times (even though I didn't because I wanted to leave this awful experience behind me) asking for photos and then ghosting me, which kept on infuriating me... I sent to a couple of other clinics asking for help. The answer was always that the job is so bad I have to laser the hair off...

Honestly, I compared Emse who was very biased at first, but on the recommendation of a friend I took my husband there for treatment. There is a huge difference between Emse and Emse from reality, especially our doctor Emre Günbey. Thank you for your great interest.

Capital Hair Center is much more than a hair transplant clinic. I am really happy to choose Capital Hair Center because they give all their patients the red-carpet treatment. They provided accommodation in a luxury hotel. When I arrived at the airport, they welcomed me with a private car. I made a consultation with Dr. Ekrem Keskin, he determined my hairline and decided I need almost 3500 grafts. The operation was great and comfortable. If you are interested in undergoing a hair transplant operation, I highly recommend Capital Hair Center.

I had surgery with Gemma Pons and everything went great. The attention in the operating room and the nurses in the room is a 10. The only thing to improve is telephone service and waiting time for appointments. But I recommend the clinic without a doubt.
