This was my husbands 5th trip to ITC. He goes annually for check-ups and to get an "immune boost"! He is always treated like family and gets quality care. We are happy with all aspects of ITC but above all we are happy with the results of his treatments!

My husband and I were treated by Dr. Romero and are thrilled with the outcome! My husband has battled Irritable Bowel Disease for 25 years with no real help from US Doctors as well as degenerative disc disease that Doctors in the US have told him they can't do anything about. Doctor Romero asked a lot of questions to get to the root problem, he looks at the entire person, not like the other Doctors who have specialties and don't know or care about issues in other parts of the body. After his first round of treatment, his health is better than it has been in over 20 years. He got treatment for his spine and after just a few days saw a huge difference, he said he feels 20 years younger! He can move and play with our grandkids with out suffering the next day like he used to! The treatment we received is a game changer. I have been on anxiety medication for years and since my treatment with Dr. Romero, I have not had to take a pill in over 6 weeks! That NEVER happens! Thank You Dr. Romero!

I was first introduced to ProgenCell when my husband obtained their services for his knees. After seeing the outstanding outcome in his ability to walk and run again, without pain, I was amazed. A few years later, I started to relapse with my auto immune condition, Dermatomyositis, which also triggered a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. I began a 4-day treatment with SCC last Tuesday. I had 50 million stem cells in each hip and 150 million IV. The package included my hotel stay and transfers, as well as hyperbaric chamber sessions, vitamins and exosomes. At this point it is too early to comment on the stem cells themselves or their efficacy (feel free to check with me later, IG: jd.ny.usa) but I can say for sure that from first contact with Mia at SCC everything has been smooth sailing. I can not think of a single complaint. Everything was extremely professional, reasonably priced, and executed exactly as promised. Communication was always quick and easy, answering all of my many questions. Hotel is nice and located in most upscale area of Medellin, and is in the same plaza as the clinic itself. I've been a regular patient of the American Biodental Center for 20 years. All my inlays and most other dental work were done by them (some inlays had problems). Recently I had an exam by a local dentist in California and I was told that there was a cavity in one tooth (where an inlay was done by the American Biodental Center) but that office did not work with inlays, so they recommended to go where this inlay was done to get it fixed. I bought a plane ticket (had to get up at 4 am) and came for my appointment at the American Biodental. I had an exam and X-rays. Then my dentist told me to wait outside while he did an evaluation by himself. Next, their female Administrative assistant (not a dentist) called me and she told me that they are not going to do ANY work on ANY of my teeth because they could be possible extractions. All my teeth??? It can't possibly be true because I've been to other highly professional dentists In California and they never told me that, not even about one tooth. And I did not have any pain. I asked this Administrative assistant to speak to a DENTIST (not only to her) and to have a medical evaluation by a dentist. She said: "They are not going to talk to you. They said you need to see a specialist". Again, they are the ones who did all the dental work in my mouth for 20 years, and they won't even talk to me, after I spent so much time/money/effort to get there!!! I literally had to BEG this Mexican woman to get evaluation from a dentist, not from her (by the way, it turned out that she was totally wrong about some teeth). I reminded her that I've been their patient for 20 years and all the work was done by them. She checked her records and said "It's true" but she still said "No, they are not going to do anything for your teeth or talk to you". After a lot of begging, their consulting dentist (not the one who did an exam) did come over for a short time and only gave a very general answer (in Spanish), without going through every tooth on Xrays. Then this woman finally did me a "favor" and they agreed to fill some tiny cavities near the gum line on the front teeth, which was done. I still never got an evaluation by the dentist about all my other teeth (even though I paid for full mouth X-rays and evaluation). One tiny gum line filling was done without my proper consent (the dentist told me later that he mentioned that extra tooth to me during the filling of the nearby tooth, but it was not in the treatment plan, he never showed that tooth to me and I honestly don't remember giving consent to have it drilled). I paid for that extra tooth at the end but If I was properly informed, I would've preferred to leave that tooth alone and work on its remineralization instead, because the only healthy teeth in my mouth were the ones that were never drilled before (and the other dentists in CA never told me I needed it). My experience there was very disappointing. I felt humiliated that I had to beg so much for proper evaluation. And I've always been a good client and paid my bills right away. I asked to speak to the owner of the clinic but I was told he was not there and I could not contact him. In the past, when the owner was present there, he would make sure that the patients are treated well. Not any longer. Very bad customer service. When customers come from far away, they at least deserve to have evaluation by a dentist, not by an administrative assistant.
