terrible,, they said they would pick me up at the airport but didn't,,I had to get a taxi to the hotel for 600 peso,, they said they would pick me up at the hotel every day and bring me to the clinic but when I got to the hotel they told me to get the hotel shuttle but hotel had no shuttle so I had to get a taxi back and forth to the clinic in Tijuana,, then when the time came to leave I had to get a taxi to the airport,, they didn't do anything they said they would and never reimburse me for any taxi fares,,,

I love this practice! Dr He is an amazing doctor and her staff is kind and very helpful. Highly recommend everyone to go if you need a pain management doctor.
