I came to Regencord as my last option. Having been a high school and college football player, years of bad technique eventually caught up with me and I suffered bulging and herniated discs in my lumbar spine. In the United States, the doctors told me there was nothing more to do. At just 30 years old, with two young boys and a wife who needed my help, that news was devastating.
