I. Hair Transplant Procedure

1. Consultation & Pre-Operative Preparation

• Assessment of facial features, bone structure, facial symmetry, and natural hair growth pattern

• Analysis of donor area density, elasticity, and long-term viability

• Evaluation of recipient area requirements

• Personalized hairline design and density planning

• Pre-operative medical photography

• Sterile scalp preparation before the procedure

2. Surgical Procedure

Your procedure is performed in a fully sterile operating room using advanced FUE and DHI technologies.

The procedure includes:

• ISHRS Member surgeon participated

  Local anesthesia administered under physician supervision

• FUE graft extraction with careful donor area management

• Microscopic graft counting, sorting, and preservation

• Precise channel creation with customized angle, depth, and direction

• DHI implantation for natural density and hair orientation

• Continuous monitoring throughout the procedure

• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) application to support healing and graft survival

3. Immediate Post-Operative Care

Following the procedure, our medical team will ensure that:

• Vital signs are stable

• There is no excessive bleeding or signs of infection

• Pain is well controlled

• Donor and recipient areas are healing properly

• Grafts remain stable and correctly positioned

Patients are discharged only after meeting all medical safety criteria.

4. Hair Washing & Follow-Up

A professional post-operative hair wash is performed under medical supervision and includes:

• Gentle cleansing of the scalp

• Scab softening and hydration

• Assessment of graft stability and donor area healing
