I visited Regencord Stem Cell in Pereira, Colombia last month for an IV stem cell therapy treatment to help address an autoimmune condition, and I had an amazing experience. From beginning to end, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Both the medical and administrative teams were exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, organized, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, took the time to explain the treatment clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Special thanks to Dra. Marulanda, Steven, and Sebastian for their kindness, professionalism, and for taking such great care of me throughout the entire experience. The medical facilities are excellent: modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which gave me a strong sense of confidence and trust. En septiembre del año 2025. El padre de mi esposo fue a este lugar para intentar mejorar una condicio de ataxia, la cual es un trastorno neurológico caracterizado por la falta de coordinación voluntaria de los movimientos musculares. La doctora Natalia Marulanada, fue quien realizó el procedimiento. Mi suegro no se recuperó de su ataxia que sabíamos podía suceder. Pero si le ha generó a través de la incisión que hizo para inyectar las células madre, un problema que ha afectado con dolores muy fuertes su salud y calidad de vida. No hizo el proceso de manera adecuada, lo que ha afectado su ciatica, problema que antes no lo afectaba. Indagando en la página veo que esta medica ni siquiera es neuróloga. No hay un solo neurólogo dentro del equipo de especialistas y esto me parece grave para la condición a la que nosotros fuimos para buscar ayuda. No recomiendo este lugar.
