Trust me when I say that Dr. Hardik is really the way out of the blurry world. I got my Lasik surgery done at Global Eye Clinic last month and I would highly recommend Dr. Hardik without a second thought. I was really sceptical because of all the myths around getting this surgery but he made sure that all my questions were answered with patience and I was comfortable throughout the surgery. He talked me through the whole process and conversed with me during the procedure. This really calmed me down and instilled more confidence in the decision to go for it.

I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never worn contacts as I was terrified of anything getting near or touching my eyes. I was mortified of going to the eye doctor as even the pressure machine that blew air scared me. I couldn't be more happy with the care and patience the staff showed me. I am pretty sure they had to run tests multiple times as I kept fidgeting from being nervous. I opted for the Smile PRO to help ease my nerves, and it seemed like almost 5 seconds of the machine working on each eye and about a minute of the the doctor working after. The only thing I would warn of is that my eyes were very sensitive to sunlight about an hour after surgery, and navigating via the subway was a bit hard in my condition. Just be sure you are familiar with public transportation post operation.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

I had multifocal cataract surgery last year. I'm doing without any inconvenience. Today, my wife had surgery and came as my guardian. We spend it together in the recovery room. Thank you for your hard work. The recovery room is well equipped.

We really appreciate valuable and timely support given by Global hospital radiology team and especially Mr. Prasad pimputkar for his endless support, his coordination to get the soft copies of MRCP reports for last couple of years is commendable.

I came here for the first time to get a vaccine shot. The hospital looks very brand new and all the staff there is super helpful. I can’t say I wanna go back there again haha but yeah just gonna leave it here.
