At first visit I had evaluation, x ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Dr Hemant Sharma is the king of human being..From last 13 years I was not able to walk and after my surgery done by dr Hemant today I am able to walk and I am perfectly fine in my country Iraq doctors tried almost 10 times but they failed ..very much thanks to dr Hemant Sharma and dr asgar Ali for making my surgery successful. The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.
