Trust me when I say that Dr. Hardik is really the way out of the blurry world. I got my Lasik surgery done at Global Eye Clinic last month and I would highly recommend Dr. Hardik without a second thought. I was really sceptical because of all the myths around getting this surgery but he made sure that all my questions were answered with patience and I was comfortable throughout the surgery. He talked me through the whole process and conversed with me during the procedure. This really calmed me down and instilled more confidence in the decision to go for it.

I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never worn contacts as I was terrified of anything getting near or touching my eyes. I was mortified of going to the eye doctor as even the pressure machine that blew air scared me. I couldn't be more happy with the care and patience the staff showed me. I am pretty sure they had to run tests multiple times as I kept fidgeting from being nervous. I opted for the Smile PRO to help ease my nerves, and it seemed like almost 5 seconds of the machine working on each eye and about a minute of the the doctor working after. The only thing I would warn of is that my eyes were very sensitive to sunlight about an hour after surgery, and navigating via the subway was a bit hard in my condition. Just be sure you are familiar with public transportation post operation.

I got the Quattro smile lasik procedure 3 days ago and just came in for my follow up. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. I checked in, got all the eye exams and found myself a good candidate for smile lasik. The surgery itself takes less than 10 minutes, but the overall visit with exams took roughly 2-3 hours. Ana was able to assist me with translation and interpreting my concerns and questions. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

I had multifocal cataract surgery last year. I'm doing without any inconvenience. Today, my wife had surgery and came as my guardian. We spend it together in the recovery room. Thank you for your hard work. The recovery room is well equipped.
