I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

One of my friend Maharshi Patel had injury during stair climbing.. he was slipped . His leg from knee was unable to extend fully. He consulted Dr. Ashish Bhrambhatt. He explained him each and every thing related to his injury in detail. His Anterior Cruciate Ligament was completely teared along with meniscus tear. Without delay, with my concent, he booked me for ACL Reconstruction Surgery. During Surgery, Dr. Ashish was continuously informing him every important facts about his injury. Now after one and half months, He is able to walk normally, can do his daily routine work with ease and his condition is continuously improving at good pace. The way in which he used to attend his patients is awesome. As fas as I have observed, his ever positive approach is very beneficial for the patients. I would strongly recommend Dr. Ashish Bhrambhatt for any damn orthopaedic issues.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Welcare Hospital Vadodara and all the amazing staff for my treatment. A special thank you to Dr. Bharat Mody, Dr. Kshitij Mody, and Dr. Harshida Mody, who made sure that every part of my care went smoothly and was completed to the highest standard. However, every staff member, from the maasi to the doctors and everyone in between (nurses, dietitian, physiotherapists, administration, etc.) treated myself and my daughter with kindness and patience. Two weeks ago I had a total hip replacement after more than 5 years of pain, that had gotten so bad that at 49 yrs of age I could no longer put on my own shoes, or get on and off the toilet unaided. I am now blessed to say that I walked out of the hospital almost pain free, unaided, with my walking improving every day. I would highly recommend anyone needing orthopaedic surgery to choose Welcare - not only will you get the highest quality treatment from world-class surgeons, but you will also be treated like family. They are with you every step of the journey and will make sure any need you or your family have is met beyond expectation and always with a gracious smile. They also went above and beyond by organising other services for us including an eye check up (and subsequent arrangement of spectacles for me prior to discharge), and helping my daughter explore the area whilst I was bed bound. I will be forever grateful to the Mody family for giving me my life back. This review was long overdue, but I finally got a chance to write it. We underwent total knee replacement surgery for my mother in the year 2021 for her left knee and in 2023 for her right knee. Although she had been suffering from osteoarthritis for a long time, and her knee was completely worn out, we delayed the surgery due to an existing medical conditions. Finally, the pain became so unbearable that she couldn't even walk a few feet, compelling us to take the risk of surgery to improve her quality of life. Given her existing medical conditions, I had to inquire with several surgeons and hospitals to choose the right one for us. Finally, I had the chance to speak to Dr. Billy Paul Wilson at MIOT. I typically ask a ton of questions, and Dr. Billy was very patient in answering all of my questions without any hesitation or getting upset. Considering the significant number of total knee replacement surgeries he had performed, we felt much more comfortable, and immediately decided that he was the right surgeon for my mom. He performed the first surgery in September 2021 and the second one in May 2023. The outcome of the surgery was truly impressive, significantly improving my mom's quality of life. We were left wondering why we didn't go to Dr. Billy earlier. He consistently followed up with me during the hospital stay, recovery period, and at every follow-up consultation my mom attended. His extraordinary skills, unwavering support, and encouragement played a pivotal role in my mom's recovery journey. Thank you so much, Dr. Billy. I truly appreciate your dedication to your work.
