I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

I would like to sincerely thank both the doctors Dr.Saurabh Joshi and Dr. Rohit Basapure for the surgery they performed on both my legs. I developed a clot in my left leg and had varicose veins in both legs. After 5 months my legs are much better, the swellings have reduced, the skin colour and texture has improved, there is significantly less blue-ness of the skin and the pain is much less. The guidance and post-operative guidance given by the doctors is also very commendable. It is essential to get varicose veins corrected in time, before it becomes too serious an issue.

I came here for the first time to get a vaccine shot. The hospital looks very brand new and all the staff there is super helpful. I can’t say I wanna go back there again haha but yeah just gonna leave it here.
