This package provides a comprehensive, single-cycle IVF treatment covering all key clinical, laboratory, and procedural stages from initial assessment to embryo transfer and early pregnancy follow-up.

1. Pre-IVF Preparation

Includes video consultation with Thai fertility specialists and a personalized treatment plan. Baseline investigations are conducted for both partners, including hormonal profiling, infectious disease screening (HIV, hepatitis B/C, syphilis), blood type, and general health assessment.

2. Ovarian Stimulation & Monitoring

Covers imported ovarian stimulation medications (no strict quantity limit), along with regular ultrasound (TVS) and blood hormone monitoring to track follicular development and optimize timing.

3. Sperm Analysis & Fertilization

Includes one semen analysis and advanced sperm preparation. Fertilization is performed via ICSI or IMSI, with embryologist-guided sperm selection to improve fertilization outcomes.

4. Egg Retrieval (OPU)

Egg retrieval is performed under anesthesia in a sterile operating room. The package includes anesthesia fees, surgical procedure, and approximately 6 hours of post-operative recovery with basic care and nutrition.

5. Embryo Culture & Laboratory Technology

Embryos are cultured to the blastocyst stage using advanced incubators (EmbryoScope/Geri time-lapse systems), with continuous monitoring and IVF Witness system to ensure laboratory accuracy and traceability.

6. Embryo Freezing

Includes vitrification and storage for up to 8 embryos for 1 year. Additional embryos beyond this limit incur extra charges.

8. Endometrial Preparation & Embryo Transfer

Includes individualized endometrial preparation plan, medications, hormone tests, and ultrasound monitoring. One embryo transfer is performed by a senior specialist, including embryo thawing and transfer procedure.

9. Post-Transfer & Early Pregnancy Care

Covers immediate post-transfer monitoring, luteal phase support medications, and early pregnancy follow-up including initial HCG testing and basic guidance.

10. Payment Terms

The total fee is divided into staged payments aligned with treatment milestones (booking, stimulation start, pre-retrieval, and transfer phase).
