About Us

The founder of Life Co was so impressed with the positive effects of detoxing that he wanted to share it with everyone.

After more than 20 years of experience in the fast corporate world, the founder of The LifeCo was searching for a new options of living when he joined his first detoxification program in 2002. He liked with how much better he looked and felt after the therapy. He felt increased energy, loss of excess weight, brighter eyes and skin, better sleep, easier digestion, improved mood and clearer state of mind so he started to find alternative health treatment options and knowledge around the world by practicing Vipassana meditation, going to different wellness centers and researching wellness disciplines.

He also desired to look for a way to integrate healthy choices into his own lifestyle without going to isolate himself from his near ones like famil and friends.

LifeCo Akatlar detox center is located in the midst of Istanbul city. It is easily reachable, and still far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The moment you arrive the facility, you will feel relaxed, soothed, bright and fresh atmosphere and smiling faces.

Miriam Daniels – I was at the detox center in Bodrum in June for 2 weeks with my mom. About 2 weeks after I left The LifeCo, I fell pregnant as well. Just wanted to tell you I am soo happy and Mirey that story you told me about a woman falling pregnant 2 weeks after she finished detoxing … well the same happened to me. My gynaecologist is about 90% sure it’s a boy … So I probably won’t have time to come detoxing this fall, but maybe I can come again next year.

Adam Swan – I have been very good after detox and have changed to a mostly vegan raw diet, enjoying a meal at your restaurant in Istanbul immediately after, and also in the Saf restaurant in London

I have very (well mostly!) pleasant memories of my detox in Turkbuku last year. I make my own raw food and attended a two day workshop in London. I keep up with the cleansing and had a colonic session recently with the therapist I used to see before attending the retreat and she was most impressed at my progress. So its all good. I’m afraid that we won’t be able to make it back to Turkbuku just yet, but we have recommended you to lots of people who have been interested.
