For more than 35 years Dental Spana has been offering high quality medical care to local and international patients. Founded in 1977 by Dr. Hilda E. Duarte the clinic has quickly become a modern dental center attracting numerous patients across the border.

In 2000 Dr. Hilda Meza, the daughter of Dr. Hilda Duarte, joins the clinic and in 2005 her niece, Dr. Elisa Meza graduates from the Endodontic Specialty and joins the practice. The following year, Dr. Hilda Meza opens her own office in San Diego.  

Dental Spana is located in Tijuana Baja California, only 3 minutes away from the San Ysidro Border and 20 minutes drive from the San Diego Airport. The clinic offers free consultation and free transportation from the Mexican side of the border and back. The clinic is among the few who has been A.D.A. approved and certified. The dentists working at Dental Spana have been specialized in Orthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics in Mexico, the US and Canada.
