The main building and consultation rooms felt like a staged setup, while the actual coordination came from scattered sales reps like P’Jeab Ka, who completely disappeared after I refused to pay more. Right before surgery, I was suddenly told I owed extra payments, which I declined. From that moment, the energy shifted and the experience became stressful and unprofessional. The surgery itself was rough — they struggled to put me under, and kept injecting anesthesia into my back as the gas mask kept failing. It didn’t feel safe or controlled at all. Post-op, I was ignored, likely because I didn’t give in to their pressure for hidden costs. My surgeon never followed up, and P’Jeab Ka was gone. I was charged for everything, including a short hospital stay that cost over $500 per night, with more charges if you touch or use anything in the room. If you’re bringing $3,000, be prepared to bring another $3,000 — they’ll find reasons for extra payments no matter what they originally told you. Only giving two stars — one for a kind nurse who treated me decently, and one for the polite attitude at the start. But the results are poor, the process felt like a hustle, and the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Beware of this clinic and ask very specific questions upfront.

This review was long overdue, but I finally got a chance to write it. We underwent total knee replacement surgery for my mother in the year 2021 for her left knee and in 2023 for her right knee. Although she had been suffering from osteoarthritis for a long time, and her knee was completely worn out, we delayed the surgery due to an existing medical conditions. Finally, the pain became so unbearable that she couldn't even walk a few feet, compelling us to take the risk of surgery to improve her quality of life.
