I worked with Dr. Aguilar for almost 5 months trying to get schedule for SRS. 3months of that was so I could get an updated passport...oblivously this was not the Doctors fault. Then Dr. A. told me he wanted my hiv viral load to be much lower and that I needed letter from psycholigsts before he could provide service for me. While I was busy working on my viral load and letters, I asked Dr. A. if there was anything else that I needed and he said no...get those things in order and we are good to good. It took me 2 more months to get everything he needed from me and then, 5 months into the process he told me I needed to lose 100 lbs before he would operate on me. Needless to say, I was highly dissappointed and took my business elsewhere.

I can't even begin to express how these procedures changed my life. The added level of self-confidence and motivation it has given me is priceless!
Both Dr Ivan and Dr Mendez were fantastic from pre to post-surgery questions, care and quality of work. I am positive you will not find better, and I am already planning my next trip back to Mexico to see them for my next procedure! I won't trust anyone else after getting such an unbelievable result!
At first, I was very sceptical about making the trek to Mexico for the procedures I was looking to get done. There were so many choices and a lot of really cheap and expensive options. I opted for these guys because their work speaks for itself. Their pictures looked natural and yet drastic enough to create the noticeable difference I was seeking. Many times throughout the consult, they gave me direct and honest feedback about getting the right amount of work and sizing that would look noticeably fantastic and yet very natural. They know what they are talking about as the results are incredible!!!!
Dr Ivan's and Dr Mendez's nurse was also so fantastic! She looked after me from airport pickup to departure. She made sure that all my questions were answered, took me to pre and post appointment, stayed with me for first 24 hours after surgery, checked on me in-person each day at the hotel and even took me for groceries. All the staff were incredible, and I can't say enough about the level of care. You will not be disappointed as it far exceeds anything else in North America.
Its five months post and I am now in the best shape of my life! These procedures have given me a head start and instilled a desire to push myself even further to get an even better physical result!
