At first visit I had evaluation, x ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Follow up visits always had very little waiting. Staff and physicians are always friendly and helpful. I will use this hospital again if the need arises.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

I can go once every six months, but there was also a delicious spaghetti restaurant. I had fun because I got to eat delicious food. I had many good experiences because I was able to eat delicious spaghetti.
