Everything was arranged perfectly and communication was quick and comprehensive. On day of procedure, I was impressed with the hospital and all staff. I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I had surgery with Gemma Pons and everything went great. The attention in the operating room and the nurses in the room is a 10. The only thing to improve is telephone service and waiting time for appointments. But I recommend the clinic without a doubt.

Wow! What an experience! Dr. Munoz-Paris provided the best care I had in Turkey. She cares about her patient and not the monitory values. She was gentle and absolutely professional. It was like I was in the USA. A doctor who is proud of her profession. I will recommend her to everyone without a single doubt.
