As a US.-based Pulmonary/Critical Care physician, I am sharing my family’s experience to provide clinical context for others. My sister recently passed away at this facility, following acute complications from Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). In my professional observation, the facility appeared significantly under-equipped and under-staffed to manage the complex complications associated with this procedure. When our family sought answers, the lead physician was unavailable, and the staff present seemed unable to provide a clear protocol for managing the acute issues that arose. Based on this experience in the lack of standard safety measures I observed, I cannot recommend the center for high risk or experimental treatments. Please exercise caution.

I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

I had a full facelift with Dr. Lee Jeong Min and rhinoplasty with Dr. Choi Eun Kyu at Urban Plastic Surgery, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Dr. Lee lifted and tightened my face in such a natural way — I still look like myself, just refreshed and younger. Dr. Choi did an amazing job on my nose. It looks so balanced and fits my face perfectly now. Both doctors were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were also so friendly and supportive, always checking in and making sure I was doing okay. My recovery went smoothly, and I’m already loving the results. If you’re thinking about facial surgery, I definitely recommend Urban. It was such a positive experience for me from start to finish.
