Vaginoplasty

Vagina tightening operation is handled within the scope of genital aesthetics and cosmetic gynecology. Surgeries performed to restore the enlarged, loosened vagina to its former shape and firmness are among the 'vaginoplasty surgeries'.

This surgery has also given different names such as 'vaginal tightening surgery', 'vaginal reconstruction' or 'vaginal tightening operation'. During the operation, perineal correction (Perineoplasty) and vaginal rejuvenation are generally performed.

During the operation, vaginal tightening is performed from the back wall of the vagina, from the beginning of the vagina to the inner part.

It is not possible to see the stitch marks left during the procedure because they are inside.

The most important issue in a successfully completed surgery is that the muscles located on the lower wall of the vagina and creating a bilaterally solid pelvic floor are brought close to each other.

This procedure takes approximately 1 hour and is performed under general anesthesia or half anesthesia called epidural.

If ice compresses are applied to the surgical area for the first 48 hours after surgery, swelling and blood flow will decrease.

For mild discharge, the person may need to use sanitary pads for approximately 1 week to 10 days

For the first 10 days following the procedure, the person should clean the toilet with an antiseptic diluted with serum.

You can take a shower the next day, but you should not bathe in the tub.

The person should eat a balanced diet for the 3 days before and 3 weeks after the surgery and should not suffer from constipation because straining will strain the genital area.

The person should avoid sexual intercourse for 3-4 weeks.
