I recently had 6 zirconia implants and 5 root canal extractions done at Odontomedik in Tijuana. The clinic is state of art and superior to any dental office I've recently used in the US. I went to the clinic at the suggestion of the Gerson Institute as I was looking for a biological dental office and trust Gerson. Great experience. The professionals were well credentialed and all the work went smoothly. I am 70 so implants can be tricky as your jaw at that age generally needs some placet rich plasma added. As a result there needs to be a 3 or 4 month period between the implant procedure and the final add of the crowns. Both procedures went very smoothly and with VERY little pain. Couldn't be happier with the results. Also, when questions arise both before the work and well after all was paid for the clinic responds very timely and usually within the same day. As most know dental work is expensive and particularly biological dental work. I found the clinic well priced and the whole experience so satisfying that I will use them whenever I can going forward.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eng's for over 20 years and won't go to anybody else but him. I started off when I lived in San Diego and after I moved to Chicago I made the mistake of going to a local dentist who charged 4x as much. He was slow and painful. He also did work that wasn't necessary. Dr. Eng is fast, absolutely pain free and his work is excellent. The rest of the dentists are awesome too, making sure your crown fits perfectly and giving you the best treatment. The prices are at least 1/3 of U.S. prices and they take American dental insurance.

I got my root canal done last Tuesday, and 10 years worth of tooth ache is completely gone. Dr. Ruiz did a very thorough job in performing the root canal, and Dr. Martinez did the fillings. Now, my tooth feels brand new and is smoother than the rest. I will be getting my cleaning done next and whitening thereafter. The office is clean, prices are very affordable, and the staff are fluent in English. The customer service I get at this place is top notch. I live 2 hours from the border, and I would rather go here than my local dental clinic.

I have had extensive work at M&R Dental Studio. The work and service have been excellent! Dr Borboa and his colleague are wonderful dentists. Painless work every time. The office is very clean and modern. It even has a CEREC Machine that will fabricate a Ceramic crown very quickly. Prices are very competitive. Angel the coordinator has been very helpful. English is spoken by all. I highly recommend!

I've been a regular patient of the American Biodental Center for 20 years. All my inlays and most other dental work were done by them (some inlays had problems). Recently I had an exam by a local dentist in California and I was told that there was a cavity in one tooth (where an inlay was done by the American Biodental Center) but that office did not work with inlays, so they recommended to go where this inlay was done to get it fixed. I bought a plane ticket (had to get up at 4 am) and came for my appointment at the American Biodental. I had an exam and X-rays. Then my dentist told me to wait outside while he did an evaluation by himself. Next, their female Administrative assistant (not a dentist) called me and she told me that they are not going to do ANY work on ANY of my teeth because they could be possible extractions. All my teeth??? It can't possibly be true because I've been to other highly professional dentists In California and they never told me that, not even about one tooth. And I did not have any pain. I asked this Administrative assistant to speak to a DENTIST (not only to her) and to have a medical evaluation by a dentist. She said: "They are not going to talk to you. They said you need to see a specialist". Again, they are the ones who did all the dental work in my mouth for 20 years, and they won't even talk to me, after I spent so much time/money/effort to get there!!! I literally had to BEG this Mexican woman to get evaluation from a dentist, not from her (by the way, it turned out that she was totally wrong about some teeth). I reminded her that I've been their patient for 20 years and all the work was done by them. She checked her records and said "It's true" but she still said "No, they are not going to do anything for your teeth or talk to you". After a lot of begging, their consulting dentist (not the one who did an exam) did come over for a short time and only gave a very general answer (in Spanish), without going through every tooth on Xrays. Then this woman finally did me a "favor" and they agreed to fill some tiny cavities near the gum line on the front teeth, which was done. I still never got an evaluation by the dentist about all my other teeth (even though I paid for full mouth X-rays and evaluation). One tiny gum line filling was done without my proper consent (the dentist told me later that he mentioned that extra tooth to me during the filling of the nearby tooth, but it was not in the treatment plan, he never showed that tooth to me and I honestly don't remember giving consent to have it drilled). I paid for that extra tooth at the end but If I was properly informed, I would've preferred to leave that tooth alone and work on its remineralization instead, because the only healthy teeth in my mouth were the ones that were never drilled before (and the other dentists in CA never told me I needed it). My experience there was very disappointing. I felt humiliated that I had to beg so much for proper evaluation. And I've always been a good client and paid my bills right away. I asked to speak to the owner of the clinic but I was told he was not there and I could not contact him. In the past, when the owner was present there, he would make sure that the patients are treated well. Not any longer. Very bad customer service. When customers come from far away, they at least deserve to have evaluation by a dentist, not by an administrative assistant.

After 4 days the upper right implant crown has come off again due to the poor workmanship and incompetence of Dr. Emmanuel Leon (the owner). Normally before any procedure is performed at the Dental Brush dental office they collect payment from you in advance before any work is done. So Dr. Emmanuel Leon was well-aware that the crown repair I was having done on 11-20-23 was covered under a 18 month warranty. But chose to blackmail me after the procedure was done "out of spite" and charge me a 40 U.S. dollar consultation fee (?) and 10 dollar implant crown screw replacement charge totalling $50. When I refused he told me to leave the dental office. His front office clerk had already validated my parking pass before he could stop it. When I asked to use his bathroom before getting into that long border crossing queue, back to California he refused. When I asked him for a medical business pass to cross the border more expeditiously, he refused. I advised him that I would write a scathing review about my experience with his treatment he responded "I will just pay to have the negative review removed, didn't you know you can do that? And he laughed. Dr. Leon would not do this to any of his Mexican patients. He is a RACIST!! Americans especially African American patients, please beware before spending your hard earned money with Dental Brush in Tijuana Mexico, what a sham!!! It has been 3 days since my previous visit to the Dental Brush located in Tijuana, Mexico on 11-20-23 to repair a broken crown. The broken crown screw replacement provided by Dr. Emmanuel on the 20th, the owner of the Dental Brush office has broken again, and the upper right crown is ready to come off again. And due to all of the implant infections from the implants received from Dental Brush due to poor implant placements according to my U.S. dentist, I am starting all over again! I thought I could save money by using a Mexican dentist in lieu of an American dentist. Turns out, due to the poor quality of dental materials and expertise at Dental Brush, my experience has costs me much more in the end. Also, factoring in the inconvenience of coming across the border. Avoid Dental Brush at all costs!!! My initial experience with Dental Brush was that the staff was very professional and courteous until I met the owner of the dental office. I went on November 20, 2023 (my birthday) from Los Angeles to Tijuana after driving across the border to repair a second crown that had broken. I confirmed over the phone before the appointment that the upper right crown was still under warranty and that there would be no cost to repair with the staff. I Arrived and met Emmanuel, the owner for the first time. He repaired the crown and as I was preparing to leave he said that he was going to charge me a consultation fee of $40 U.S. and $10 U.S. for the crown replacement screw for a total of $50. I explained to him that I was told by his staff before the appointment that the dental work was still under warranty. He replied that "he did not care what his staff said or what the contract stipulated. That he was charging me $50. After I refused to pay, he gave me a hard time before validating my parking ticket, refused to let me and my wife use his bathroom before hitting the road, and refused to provide us with a medical / business expedite pass through the Mexican - American border. Without the pass, it took us 3 hours to get through the border. I must mention that I paid approximately $10, 000 for dental work with Dental Brush over a 2 year period. Most of the implants received have been removed due to implant infections due to poor implant placement according to my U. S. dentist. The owner is unethical, unprofessional and a real creep!!! I am done with Dental Brush!!!!

Found my new dentist . I came from Orange County and drive was totally worth it . This dentist is way better than any dentist I’ve ever been to in the states . I had a root canal done and Will be back for my crown next week . I recommend this dentist office to anyone. Thank you Dr .Ruiz and team .
