I recently had an experience at Gleneagles Hospital, Parel and was truly impressed by the overall standard of care. The hospital is exceptionally well-maintained, with clean surroundings and efficient systems that make the entire process—from admission to daily check-ins—smooth and reassuring. The medical team is knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain treatment plans clearly, and the nursing staff consistently shows patience, warmth and professionalism. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

I can go once every six months, but there was also a delicious spaghetti restaurant. I had fun because I got to eat delicious food. I had many good experiences because I was able to eat delicious spaghetti.

This review was long overdue, but I finally got a chance to write it. We underwent total knee replacement surgery for my mother in the year 2021 for her left knee and in 2023 for her right knee. Although she had been suffering from osteoarthritis for a long time, and her knee was completely worn out, we delayed the surgery due to an existing medical conditions. Finally, the pain became so unbearable that she couldn't even walk a few feet, compelling us to take the risk of surgery to improve her quality of life. Given her existing medical conditions, I had to inquire with several surgeons and hospitals to choose the right one for us. Finally, I had the chance to speak to Dr. Billy Paul Wilson at MIOT. I typically ask a ton of questions, and Dr. Billy was very patient in answering all of my questions without any hesitation or getting upset. Considering the significant number of total knee replacement surgeries he had performed, we felt much more comfortable, and immediately decided that he was the right surgeon for my mom. He performed the first surgery in September 2021 and the second one in May 2023. The outcome of the surgery was truly impressive, significantly improving my mom's quality of life. We were left wondering why we didn't go to Dr. Billy earlier. He consistently followed up with me during the hospital stay, recovery period, and at every follow-up consultation my mom attended. His extraordinary skills, unwavering support, and encouragement played a pivotal role in my mom's recovery journey. Thank you so much, Dr. Billy. I truly appreciate your dedication to your work. While I may not believe in God, I do believe in wonderful person like you. :-)
