The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

I attended here for Hair Transplants. My liaison contact was Burak Yildirim, international manager for the hospital. He was outstanding and so professional. Everything was arranged perfectly and communication was quick and comprehensive. On day of procedure, I was impressed with the hospital and all staff. I would have no hesitation to recommend Academic Hospital.

I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I travelled from Edinburgh to Istanbul for a revision rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty, and choosing Dr. Kemal Uslu was honestly the best decision I could’ve made. My first nose job back home never healed the way I hoped, and it left me really self-conscious. I was nervous about going through the whole process again, but from the moment I walked into his clinic, everything just felt right. He examined my nose in such detail and instantly understood what went wrong with my previous surgery. He also pointed out how a subtle upper blepharoplasty would brighten my eyes and balance everything, which made complete sense once he explained the structure. The surgery day went smoother than I ever expected. Recovery was surprisingly manageable too, my eyes healed quickly, and the swelling on my nose was already settling nicely in the first weeks. Seeing both changes together made such a big difference. My nose finally looks refined and natural, and my eyes look more awake without losing their original shape. I’m genuinely so grateful I trusted him with two procedures at once. The result feels harmonious, soft, and completely “me”. If anyone is considering revision work or a combination surgery, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat.

I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

I wholeheartedly recommend the friendly service and very professional approach of doctors and nurses. My daughter remembers the hospital stay as a good time, she is not aware that the tonsil removal procedure was performed.

The hernia operation was okay, although I found out later, the doctor could have used more modern techniques. Don’t expect much information before the operation. But the way they try to take more money than agreed is disgusting. The day after my operation they asked me to pay 320.000 tl extra for a very obscure reason. Later they wanted more money for an extra night in hospital but we agreed on three nights. I made an official complaint to the hospital but they never replied. Although I sent many emails, they never gave an explanation.
